5Km from the town centre of Iguassu Falls, on the other side of the Parana River, is Ciudad del Este in Paraguay. There we find one of the biggest commercial centres of Latin-America known world wide.

Ciudad del Este was founded on 3rd February 1957. The city has around 250,000 inhabitants.
